Australian Delivery


We offer a reliable delivery service via Australia Post to all areas within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Sydney.

Shipping rate may vary depending on your post code.

Please Note: We can not accept PO box addresses.

At the time of making your order, please provide us with a delivery street address where deliveries may be made during business hours Monday to Friday.

For Shipping in Australia your signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by contact us.

The following shows timeframes for all standard orders in Business Days. Delivery times may vary due to the orders from regional areas.  

New South Wales: 10-14 
Australian Capital Teritory: 10-14 
Victoria: 10-14 
South Australia: 10-14 
Western Australia: 10-14 
Northern Territory: 10-14 
Tasmania: 10-18


International Delivery


At this stage we only ship within Australia, but we’re looking to expand to countries overseas in the coming months, please stay tuned.


Returns


We are happy to exchange any* unused goods within 7 days, provided we receive the goods back in their original, saleable condition (Including tags / hygiene stickers etc). Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. Please email us with notification of the items, reason for the return and the order number or a copy of receipt. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.  

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email as soon as possible with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

・has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
 ‧ is unsafe
 ‧ is significantly different from the sample or description
 ‧ doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
 ‧ If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
